Founded in June 2019 by local brothers Adam and Connor, and named after their youngest brother, Fletcher’s offers a warm, family welcome, outstanding food served all day, and expertly crafted cocktails – all in a relaxed, stylish setting.
At Fletcher’s, we celebrate the best of Scottish produce. Our menu features local favourites like venison, duck, prime Scottish beef, and perfectly cooked steaks, alongside crowd-pleasers such as burgers, stone-baked pizzas, hearty pasta dishes, and a dedicated kids’ menu – so there’s something for the whole family to enjoy.
Proudly rooted in the Stirling community, Fletcher’s has earned a reputation as one of the city’s top places to eat. We were named ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at both the 2023 and 2025 Stirling Business Awards, and our passionate team also took home ‘Best Restaurant Team’ at the 2023 Scottish Restaurant Awards.

Is there free parking?
Yes there is free parking for all customers of the restaurant/hotel. All you have to do is put your registration into our parking tablets which are available at both entrances. We use a third party to monitor our car park for unauthorised use to ensure there is as many free spaces for our customers as possible. Therefore registering your car every time you visit is crucial.
I forgot to register my car and have a PCN?
If you visited us recently and received a PCN please do not worry but get in touch asap. One of our management team will work with you to resolve this in a timely manner.
Do I need to book?
We always encourage booking as we can get very busy very quickly. Booking ensures you get a table at the time you would like and avoids any waiting especially on weekends and evenings when we have limited walk in availability.
Do you have a beer garden? Is it weather proof?
Yes we have a beer garden. Situated to the side of the building we have a plenty of benches and umbrellas to enjoy the rare days of Scottish sunshine.
Do you do Afternoon Tea?
Yes we do afternoon tea. Give us a call for details and to book. We require 24 hours notice for all afternoon tea bookings.
What time do you serve breakfast until?
We open every day during the summer months from 09:30am and serve traditional breakfasts until 11:45. We also have brunch dishes which continue until 4pm. Click our menu section to view our breakfast/brunch menus.
